The Hastings Top 10 Holiday Park is open from 8am - 8pm, 7 days a week, so we are always on hand to answer any enquiries.
Bookings and enquiries can be made via email, phone or fax, or you can use the form below.
Enquiries made by email or fax will be answered within 24 hours, though if it is urgent please let us know in your note and we will reply to you as soon as possible.
To secure a booking, we do require a deposit to cover the tariff for the first night's accommodation. This payment can be made by credit card (Visa or Master card only), or by cheque within 7 days of the booking.
Larger groups are very welcome and the team at the park can do a number of things to ensure your stay is well managed and enjoyable. Please let us know if there are a large number in your group and we will get together the information and other options that we have for larger groups of guests.

Prices can vary depending on whether you are coming during our High, Low or Shoulder Season
Cancellation policy: A deposit of one night’s accommodation is required in advance, with the balance due on your arrival. Note deposits will not be refunded if booking is cancelled within two weeks of arrival date, unless the unit can be re-let for the same number of days, less $12.00 booking fee. A cancellation fee of $12.00 applies to all bookings.
Credit Card Details are kept on file – guests will incur charge-back for missing/damaged items or extra cleaning charges if units are left in a manner considered beyond reasonable wear and tear.
