PARK MOTEL CHALETS

These fully self-contained and serviced chalet-style units provide a little extra luxury for families or small groups. During the summer months you can choose to picnic on the expansive grass areas or dine out in your own courtyard area.

During the cooler months you can move indoors and enjoy a complementary cup of tea or coffee while entertaining your family or friends in a cosy and tasteful holiday environment.

Our Park motel chalets are a two-storied unit with two bedrooms. The main bedroom is on the ground floor and contains one queen-size bed, while upstairs a loft area contains four single beds. The lounge area can also be used to accommodate two extra people on a fold-out couch. This allows our chalets to sleep up to eight guests with quality linen provided throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full-size oven, all cutlery and crockery, a small fridge/freezer, dishwashing liquid, cloth, tea towels and a dining table and chairs.

Both chalets have their own television and DVD player, there is also a small stereo and small heaters stored for use when needed.

Our chalets are serviced daily throughout your visit.

Guests are more than welcome to use the range of on-site facilities available, including guest laundry, large kitchen, dining area and outdoor barbecues.

SELF-CONTAINED UNITS

Our self-contained units are ideal for families or small groups who are looking for that little extra while on holiday.

A number of these units have a balcony with a beautiful view of our well-established trees and a small stream below. The balcony is an ideal spot to entertain visitors or unwind after a day out exploring Hawke’s Bay.

These two-bedroom units are capable of sleeping up to five people. They have a queen-sized bed in the main bedroom and one set of single bunks plus one single bed in the second bedroom. A couple of the units can accommodate two extra people on a fold-out couch.

The units offer kitchen facilities with hot plates, microwave, small fridge, dishwashing liquid, cloth, tea towel and complementary tea and coffee. Linen is not provided by the park, but can be hired. The units each have their own toilet and shower.

One unit is available which allows ease of access by wheelchair, along with various fittings to assist. There is accommodation for up to four people in this unit.

FAMILY CABINS

Our family cabins are one-room units which sleep up to six people using one double bed and two sets of single bunks. The cabins are grouped together like a ‘C’ and have a small kitchen, toilet and shower block right in the centre. It allows families to share a similar holiday experience with other families, where all the kids can mix and have a great time together. The play area is situated nearby, a short stroll from the main park facilities which can be used at any time.

Visiting groups can also use this group of cabins for their stay. A large group can remain within close proximity to each other and share the facilities.

The cabins contain basic crockery, cutlery and pots with a small fridge, toaster, TV and electric jug. Linen is not provided with this unit, but can be hired from the office.

SLEEPING CABINS

Our standard cabins are a clean, affordable style of accommodation ideal for backpackers or for those travelling as a couple.

The standard cabins include a double bed, one set of single bunks, a small fridge, crockery and cutlery. A dining table with bench seats is available for those who want to eat in, or, if you prefer, you are welcome to use our large park kitchen and dining facility or the outdoor barbecue areas.
